Hi Guys,

It is a couple of months now since I joined this forum and it annoys me how some of the newbies just go to the shout box and state what they want and don't even ask. Where on earth have manners gone to? A simple please, thank you ... You established forum members have probably been seeing it for quite a while. GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR mad

I came across this forum when searching for slow/easy songs to play on the drums. It is probably a similar way to how the newbies find it too, by searching for drumless tracks/songs.

May I make the suggestion that something be added to the webpage possibly near the shout box or at the time a person is registering (as they are required to register to get to the drumless tracks).

You peeps who do all of this work must get cheesed off something bad at the selfish attitude of some of the newbies.

I am aware that there are many regular members who do appreciate these guys - good on you for being polite and not taking them for granted smile.

Kind regards from Kate

I hear ya Kate. . .

I have always been a little bit puzzled at the constant "shouts" that usually just say something like "Drumless", or "Greenday", or "tracks?". . .

The music makes it all worthwhile; heck - Jim is always polite, even with people practically burying us with the requests. wink

I'll take your suggestion, and see what I can do about making shoutbox protocol a little bit more civilized.

Great to have you as a member, Kate - I appreciate all the Music4Drums members - even the ones who lack internet manners.

Cheers

smile

Hi, I'm a newbie too to this forum, but not new to generally posting stuff.. I have to say some of these guys are bordering on rude.

Maybe non-English speakers have difficuly expressing themselves correctly? Still there's no excuse for not saying "please" and "thanks" just like yer mamma taught ya!

So thanks a lot for the tracks uploaded - awesome list, and I'm really enjoying them.

BTW, I wanted to do some drumless tracks from Wav files, but don't know how to go about it - could you give me pointers please? I mean some of these are really amazing. If it doesn't take up too much time, I'm all for doing stuff myself and uploading.

Cheers.

Please keep using your manners - it's lovely to see - thanks guys!!!.

MJS - Thanks for your comments - I'm just trying to do my bit to help out.

Good manners cost nothing but when you use manners you are rewarded with respect.

Have a great week everyone - from Kate
